Amberley Facilities

The Centre boasts 3 conference rooms, the Banksia room seating up to 180 guests theatre style, the Grevillia room seating up to 100 guests theatre style and the Darch room seating up to 40 guests theatre style. All conference rooms are equipped with ceiling mounted data projection and companion screen and whiteboards.

Amberley is the perfect setting for staff professional and personal training days, student leadership and retreat stays, intensive study camps such as LOTE and International Baccalaureate as well as music and theatre rehearsal camps. Amberley lends itself as a creative location for visual arts workshops.

External facilities at Amberley Centre are defined by the beautiful natural bushland and tranquillising sounds of nature, bush and river walks, meditation sites, and areas for contemplation are the highlight of this spiritual retreat. At Amberley you will be amongst the most beautiful surroundings in Victoria and you will feel totally relaxed and refreshed after your stay.

Relaxation Areas

An integral part of Amberley is the many areas one can explore in search of peace and tranquillity. This magnificent retreat is situated on 20 acres of natural bush taking in some of the most beautiful ambience mother nature has to offer. Stroll amongst the magnificent gardens or enjoy a bush walk along the river taking in the sounds and colours of all that surrounds you.

Labyrinth

Situated in the gardens is a full-size replica of the original in Chartres Cathedral France. Visitors to Amberley are encouraged to use the Labyrinth as a means of entering into a deeper sense of contemplation and reflection.

Amberley offers a self-guided Labyrinth experience. Guided facilitation can be arranged. Further information and bookings are available by contacting reception during office hours.
